Three things, done properly.
Platform management
We run the day-to-day on Chaturbate. Messaging, scheduling, promotions, viewer retention. You decide what goes out; we handle the operational load so you can focus on what you're actually good at.
Content strategy
We plan shows around what's working on your account, not generic templates. That means weekly reviews of what's converting, advice on tipping menus and pricing, and direct feedback from someone who's seen hundreds of accounts grow.
Equipment and studio
Our High Street Kensington studio is available whenever you want it, with cameras, lighting, and props included. If you'd rather work from home, we send you the kit you need. No charge, no contract clauses.

High Street Kensington.
A two-room studio above a coffee shop on Kensington High Street, kitted out with professional cameras, lighting, and a wardrobe. Available by booking, free for our models. Remote work is equally supported. Most of our roster shoots from home.

Alex Costa, founder.
I've been managing OnlyFans creators since 2022, and Costa Model Management has been running since 2024. We've expanded into Webcam management through websites such as Chaturbate, with four models already on the platform under our management.
I started this agency because most of the ones I'd seen took 50% or more, locked models into exclusivity, and held the platform logins themselves. None of that made sense to me, so I built one that didn't do those things.
I'm based in London and meet every prospective model in person or on video before we sign anything. If you'd rather start with a chat, my number is in the footer.

Talk to our current models.
The most useful thing you can do before signing with any agency is speak to the people already there. We'll introduce you to two or three of our current models over text, so you can ask whatever you want, without us in the room.
They'll tell you what we're like to work with, how the payouts actually land, and anything else you want to know. Ask us at the end of your intro call and we'll set it up the same week.
