When you contact us, register your interest, or work with us, we may collect: your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, address, bank details for payouts, identity documents required by webcam platforms and UK law, and any messages you send us.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange introductory calls, verify your identity and right to work, manage your account on third-party platforms, process weekly payouts, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform our contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.
We share information only where necessary: with the webcam platforms you choose to work on, with our accountants and legal advisors, with banks and payment providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
We keep personal data for as long as you work with us and for up to seven years afterwards, in line with UK tax and record-keeping requirements. Enquiry data from people who do not become clients is deleted within 12 months.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
